Inspection / Export Ready Score

Platform-Verified Inspection and Export Ready Score

Carvia's Export Ready Score is a platform-verified, 100-point rating covering vehicle condition, documentation completeness, export eligibility, and destination-market compliance. It is never a seller self-claim.

Platform-Verified Inspection and Export Ready Score

Two-layer trust

Seller-declared vs. platform-verified

Every vehicle listing on Carvia separates what the supplier has declared from what the platform has independently verified. The Export Ready Score is always platform-verified — displayed in emerald with a verification shield — and is never a seller self-declaration.

Seller-declared vs. platform-verified
Seller-declared data (mileage, year, trim, condition grade) is displayed in neutral gray and labeled as declared.
Platform-verified data (Export Ready Score, document status, compliance gate) is displayed in emerald with a verification mark.
Vehicles that fail compliance screening show an Export Locked status and hide the quote CTA until cleared.
Pre-shipment photos, VIN confirmation, and source authorization are reviewed before a vehicle reaches Active status.

Inspection checklist

What the platform reviews before a vehicle is listed

Source and availability

The supplier contact is confirmed, vehicle existence is verified, and the source holds valid sales authorization.

Document completeness

Ownership certificate, export authorization, vehicle registration, and any required OEM permission for EV/PHEV models.

Condition and photo proof

Interior, exterior, undercarriage, and engine photos. Mileage logic is checked against vehicle age and usage profile.

Export eligibility

China's 180-day rule for new vehicles, destination-country age limits, emissions standard match, and steering-side compliance.
