Seller-declared + platform-reviewed
Condition component
Vehicle photos, mileage log, condition grade, and inspection report (where available) contribute to the condition component of the score.
Platform / How It Works
Carvia is a neutral three-sided marketplace: verified domestic suppliers submit inventory, certified exporters fulfill orders, and overseas buyers browse, compare, and quote — all within a compliance-screened platform.

3-sided
Marketplace model
Suppliers submit. Certified exporters fulfill. Buyers browse, compare, and quote.
Platform-verified
Export Ready Score
100-point compliance and condition rating — never a seller self-claim.
No P2P
Safe by design
All transactions go through certified exporters. Private seller data is never shown to buyers.
Compliance gate
Export Locked / Ready
Non-compliant vehicles show Export Locked and hide the Quote CTA until cleared.
Three sides of the marketplace
Most export platforms are bilateral — one seller, one buyer. Carvia is trilateral: a domestic supplier layer, a certified-exporter layer that adds compliance and fulfillment, and a global buyer layer. This structure is what makes the Export Ready Score and data-wall model possible.

The Export Ready Score
The Export Ready Score is Carvia's core trust mechanism. It is calculated and displayed by the platform, not declared by the supplier or certified exporter. Buyers can see exactly what the score reflects — and what questions remain open.
Seller-declared + platform-reviewed
Vehicle photos, mileage log, condition grade, and inspection report (where available) contribute to the condition component of the score.
Platform-verified
Ownership certificate, export authorization, OEM permission (for EVs), and vehicle registration status are checked and displayed as verified or pending.
Platform-verified
China's 180-day rule, vehicle age, and any export restriction flags are evaluated. Ineligible vehicles display Export Locked.
Buyer-selected
When a buyer selects a destination country, the platform evaluates age limit, emissions standard, and steering-side compatibility and flags any mismatches.
Certified exporters
Certified exporter status is not self-declared. Exporters complete a platform application covering company registration, export license, operational history, compliance track record, and financial reference. They are reviewed before being approved and are subject to ongoing performance monitoring.
Data walls
Carvia's data-wall model is a deliberate product decision. Exposing private supplier data would undermine the certified-exporter model and create unsafe buyer-to-seller pathways. These walls are enforced at the platform level, not just by policy.
The price a supplier quotes to the exporter is never shown to buyers. Buyers see only the certified exporter's CIF or FOB quote.
Name, phone, WeChat, and address of the vehicle holder are never rendered on buyer-facing pages. Shown as Private Seller Data Locked.
Full VIN is withheld until after order confirmation to prevent bypassing the certified-exporter model.
Internal exporter notes on source condition, negotiation, and acquisition logistics are internal only — never shown on the buyer marketplace.
